从历史发展的视野看中国发展与崛起面临的国家安全状况

The National Security of China’s Development and Rise in Historical Perspective

将"安全困境"视为大国崛起道路上的重大障碍与现实阻力,是国内外国际关系学界、尤其是新现实主义的一贯逻辑与基本论题。然而,用以探究中国崛起与"安全困境"的互动关系时,国内现有的诸多研究成果都不同程度地存在着不确定认知和以偏概全的疏漏,在尚未系统、全面地对中国崛起的源头和历程进行考证与回顾、甚至对于"安全困境"的概念缺乏深刻认知的前提下,简单而论"崛起的困境"致使中国崛起阶段性模糊不清",安全困境"历史感欠缺,缺乏总体与全局性的历史把握。本文拟从历史发展的视角着手,对中国发展与崛起进程中"安全困境"的状况、特征及原因进行初探。

As a major obstacle on the road of the rise of the great powers, ＂security dilemma＂ is the basic logic and subject in the international relationship academic circles at home and abroad, especially a consistent opinion of the New-Realism. However, while exploring the interaction between the Rise of China and the ＂security dilemma＂, many existing domestic researches in some degree hold uncertain results. Before systematically and comprehensively studying the source of the origin and process of China＇s rise, simply talking about ＂security dilemma＂ makes it difficult to understand the phrases of China＇s rise, lacking comprehensive and historical understanding. This article, from the historical perspective, studies the ＂security dilemma＂ and features during the process of China＇s development and rise.
