产业转型期企业技工队伍建设存在的问题与对策——以浙江省杭州市为例

Problems and Solutions of the Development of Technicians during the Period of Industry Transition-Cases in Hangzhou City of Zhejiang Province

深入杭州地区大、中、小型企业一线获取第一手的翔实数据资料,以杭州市为例分析了企业技工队伍建设存在的问题,结合企业技工队伍建设和职业教育毕业生就业现状,提出了职业院校与企业技工队伍建设有效对接的建议。

Taking the problems aroused in the development of technicians in Hangzhou city as examples and based on the data of the enterprises of different sizes in Hangzhou city, this paper analyzes the present employment situation of the graduates from vocational colleges and proposes some suggestion on the combination of vocational college and development of the technicians in enterprises.
