油井水泥缓凝剂乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸盐的研制与应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对深井固井高温环境下水泥浆稠化时间和抗温性能难以满足现场施工的问题,研制了一种抗温抗盐缓凝剂乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸盐(EDTMP),考察了EDTMP的热稳定性、高温缓凝性能、抗盐性能、配伍性能以及其对水泥石抗压强度的影响。将EDTMP与其他缓凝剂作了对比,探讨了EDTMP的缓凝机理,并进行了现场试验。结果表明,EDTMP可抗170℃的高温,加量少,稠化时间可调,过渡时间短;对NaCl不敏感,对水泥石抗压强度无影响,与其他外加剂有很好的配伍性;EDTMP稠化曲线较理想,没有出现稠化曲线不稳定和水泥浆性能不稳定的现象。该缓凝剂能较好地适应高温环境、盐膏层和长封固段,现场试验取得了很好的效果。 The thickening time and resistance to temperature of cement slurry usually fail to meet the request of field working at high temperature. So ethylene diamine tetra methylene phosphonate(EDTMP) was synthesized as an oil well cement retarder. And the resistance to temperature property, the high temperature retardation, salt-resisting performance, compatibility of EDTMP and the effects of those properties on compressive strength of cement were evaluated. And the performance of EDTMP was compared with other retarders. EDTMP retarded mechanism was also analyzed, and the field application was carried out. The results demonstrate that EDTMP can be used at 170 ℃ and shows advantages such as little dosage, excellent retardant, controllable thickening time, an ideal thickening curve, excellent salt-resisting performance, no effect on compressive strength and good compatibility with other additives. The application results show that the retarder can be applied to slat bed , long cement point and high temperature and its effect is remarkable.
