摘要 针对油层非均质性强及油层孔径难以准确预知等特点,采用自适应屏蔽暂堵剂ZPJ配制成自适应屏蔽暂堵钻井液,该钻井液能在无须明确预知孔喉直径的情况下,自适应封堵岩石表面较大范围的孔喉,对较宽孔径分布的油层具有很好的暂堵作用。室内评价结果表明,该钻井液的渗透率堵塞率接近100%,暂堵带强度大于9MPa;反排渗透率恢复率超过90%,油层保护效果较好。 Aimed at the severe heterogeneity, wide pore radius distribution and unpredictable pore radius of reservoir, the auto-adapting shielding and temporary plugging drilling fluid was developed using ZPJ. This drilling fluid can plug reservoir pore under condition of unknown pore radius and has good temporary plugging effect for reservoir with wide pore radius distribution. The lab evaluation results show that the permeability plugging ratio of the drilling fluid is near 100% and the strength of temporary plugging belt is above 9 MPa. The ratio of permeability restored by back flow for the drilling fluid system is above 90%, and good reservoir protection effect is obtained.
