摘要
采用鼓泡塔气液反应器,研究了柠檬酸亚铁空气再生反应动力学,建立并求解了空气氧化柠檬酸亚铁数学模型,并确定了其化学反应速率常数。结果表明,柠檬酸亚铁空气再生反应为双分子二级不可逆反应。实验结果与数学模型计算值符合较好,从而验证了所建模型的可靠性。
An investigation on air regeneration reaction kinetics of ferrous citrate was carried out through experiment using a bubble tower. The mathematical model of the air oxidation ferrous citrate was established and the rate constant for the reaction was obtained. The experimental results indicate that the air regeneration reaction of ferrous citrate appeares to be a second or- der irreversible reaction, and air oxygenation regeneration agrees well with the calculation value of the mathematical model. The reliability of mathematical model is verified.
