病灶刮除植骨治疗骨囊肿的体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结病灶清除并植骨治疗骨囊肿的方法。方法采用自体髂骨或加同种异体骨的混合植骨治疗骨囊肿病灶清除后的骨缺损。结果术后3个月X线片示,植骨周边有密度增高影,模糊成片。半年后植骨区出现模糊的骨小梁已愈合。结论骨囊肿病灶清除后,植骨治疗骨缺损可达到满意效果。
