摘要
长期以来,我国奥运会运动员奖励制度有力地促进了"奥运争光计划"的实施。现行奥运会运动员奖励制度实施的现状是国家级奖励体现奥运战略、地方奖励差异较大及企业个人积极参与奖励,但同时也存在奖励主体层次不清、奖励资金来源渠道不宽、精神奖励对象较窄、奖励的时效性较短等问题。这些问题的存在影响了奖励制度实施的效果,因此,需要分析原因、借鉴经验、寻求对策,为完善奥运会奖励制度及其实施工作提供理论和实证依据。
For a long time, the rewarding system for our Olympic athletes has effectively promoted the implementation of "The Plan for Olympic Glory". The current rewarding system for our Olympic athletes contains the state - level reward which demonstrates the Olympic strategy, the government -level reward which varies greatly as well as the enterprise and individual reward which demonstrates their active participation in the Olympics. However, there exist such problems as the unclear rank of the rewarding entities, the narrow source of rewarding fund, the limited number of spiritual reward and the short timing of the reward, which affect the implementation result of the rewarding system. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the cause, borrow experience, and seek countermeasures to provide theoretic and substantial evidence for the improvement and implementation of the rewarding system for the Olympics.
