摘要
模拟法庭教学法具有有利于多渠道地传递信息,可以把理论与实践有机地结合起来,更好地体现因材施教的原则等方面的积极作用,但由于参与人数、使用次数、场景条件等方面的限制,模拟法庭教学法的作用受到了影响。不过,只要树立积极的态度,做好制度建设和日常工作,模拟法庭教学法仍大有可为。
The teaching method of moot court helps to transmit information multi-channelly, could combined theory and practice organically together, reflecting the positive role in respects such as the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, etc., but, because of the limitations of respects such as the number of participants, application number, scene conditioned, etc., the function of the teaching method of moot court has been influenced. However, so long as establish the positive attitude and do institutional improvement and routine well, the teaching method of moot court still has bright prospects.
