摘要 新课程标准下,高校体育教师专业权力偏失制约着高校体育教师角色转型。体育教师的"专业增权"是促进高校体育教师角色转型的抓手。其主要途径是:改变现行管理模式,建立体育专业新型的评价、运行机制,提供教学与管理人员之间平等交流平台等。与此同时,也应注意高校体育教师专业增权的风险评估及其干预。 Under the new curriculum, the lack or loss of power ot the physical educatlon teacher for the specialized course has restrained the role change of the physical education teacher in higher - learning institutions. Power enhancement of the physical education teacher for the specialized course is the key to promoting the role change of the physical education teacher in higherlearning institutions. To realize the role change, such principal means should be adopted as changing the current managing model, forming new assessing and working mechanism for the major of physical education, providing a platform for communication on an equal footing between the teaching staff and the administrating staff. Meanwhile, the risk assessment and interference for the power enhancement for physical education teacher in higherlearning institutions should also be highlighted.
