95例大Y染色体核型的临床效应分析

Study on 95 cases of long Y chromosome configuration and the clinical effects

目的研讨大Y染色体核型的临床意义。方法应用外周血淋巴细胞培养及G显带技术对不育者行细胞遗传学检查。结果95例大Y染色体核型患者中无精子14例、少精子5例、偶见精子3例、死精子2例、畸形精子4例、睾丸发育不良3例、附睾发育不良2例、前列腺和精囊发育不良3例、隐睾1例、输精管缺如2例、尿道下裂1例、不育21例、其妻子有不良孕产史29例、生育缺陷儿5例。结论大Y染色体核型显示出一定临床效应。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of long Y＇ s chromosome karyotype in 95 cases , Methods Cytogenetics of patients with Infertility was examined by culturing peripheral-blood lymphocyte and showing chromosome bands using G and C analysis, Results Among 95 cases of long Y chromosome configuration patients , there were 14 cases of azoospermia,5 eases of oligozoospermia,6 cases of small testicles, 21 cases infertile , there were 29 cases of patients whose wife once aborted and 5 cases had defect infants. Conclusion The long Y chromosome configuration has certain clinical effects.
