黄萱益肝散抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒及保护肝细胞的实验研究

Experimental study of Huangxuanyigansan on against duck hepatitis B virus and protecting hepatocyte

目的研究黄萱益肝散对鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)的抗病毒与保护肝细胞的作用。方法以感染DHBV的武汉麻鸭为实验动物模型,随机分为5组后给予拉米夫定和黄萱益肝散治疗14 d,分别在给药前、给药第7天、第14天及停药后第3天采血,检测DHBV-DNA拷贝量和ALT/AST变化情况。结果黄萱益肝散大剂量组在给药第14天,小剂量组在给药第14天,中剂量组在给药第7,14天DHBV-DNA拷贝量对比给药前均显著下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。黄萱益肝散中、小剂量组在用药后第14天、停药后第3天ALT/AST较同时相的模型组显著下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论黄萱益肝散具有抑制DHBV复制和保护肝细胞的作用。

Objective It is to study the effect of Huangxuanyigansan on against duck hepatitis B virus （DHBV） and protecting hepatocyte. Methods Wuhan brown spot ducklings infected with DHBV were used as experimental animal model and randomly divided into five groups. Then Lamivudine and Huangxuanyigansan were given for 14 d. Blood samples were taken before treatment, at the 7th and 14th day after treatment and the 3rd day after drug withdrawal. DHBV - DNA and ALT/ AST were detected. Results The levels of DHBV - DNA in Huangxuanyigansan large dose group at the 14th day after treatment, Huangxuanyigansan small dose group at the 14th day after treatment and Huangxuanyigansan middle dose group at the 7th and 14th day after treatment were obviously lower than that before treatment, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01）. The levels of ALT/AST in Huangxuanyigansan middle and small dose groups at the 14th day after treatment and the 3rd day after drug withdrawal were obviously lower than that in model group at the same time phase, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. Conclusion Huangxuanyigansan has the actions of inhibiting the replication of DHBV and protecting hepatocyte.
