摘要
为了实施烧结烟气脱硫方案,研究了全梅精烧结的可行性。试验表明:梅钢实行全梅精烧结完全可行。当低碱度烧结时,烧结矿强度有一个大的提高,燃料消耗大幅度下降,烧结矿品位上升。本试验为我公司集中使用和用好梅山精矿提供了依据。
In order to realize the sintering gas desulphurization, sintering test with 100% Meishan Iron Ore Concentrates was conducted. The results show that sintering production with 100% Meishan Iron Ore Concentrates is practicable, and if adopting lower basicity sintering process, the strength of sinter would increased greatly, the fuel consumption would decreased obviously, and the TFe of sinter would increased. This test will be helpful to use Meishan Iron Ore Concentrates collectively.
