环氧乳胶涂层固化机制研究

摘要 环氧乳胶为环保型产品,但与溶剂型产品相比,性能还有一定差距。以常用的环氧乳液(3560-W-50)和对应的水溶性胺类固化剂(EPI-CURETM8537-WY-60)为双组分,通过混合固化过程中不同阶段体系黏度、涂膜硬度和光泽的变化,探讨双组分环氧乳胶的固化规律,并通过设计特定涂层[n(活性胺氢)n∶(环氧)=1.21∶]的红外光谱表征,显示双组分环氧乳胶的固化机制为多相体系中发生的由扩散过程决定的不充分和不彻底固化化学反应。 Epoxy latex is an environmental protective product, but it still has some shortcomings compared with solvent products. Taking common epoxy latex (3560-W-50) and corresponding water soluble amine curing agent EPI-CURETM8537-WY- 60) as the two-component,the curing rule of two-component epoxy latex is discussed based on the changes of system viscosity, film hardness and gloss with residence time during the process of mixing and curing. And by infrared spectrum characterization of specially designed coating(Stoichiometric ratio of HAV active amine hydrogen equivalent to EEW epoxide equivalent is 1.2:1) it shows that the curing mechanism of two-component epoxy latex is curing reaction in multi-phase system which is not complete and the controlling step is diffusion process.
