摘要
用硬度塞法测量了YZ4105QF柴油机活塞的温度场,利用Pro/E软件建立了活塞的几何模型,借助有限元分析软件Hypermesh和ANSYS对其进行了温度场分析计算,计算结果为活塞的结构改进和优化提供了依据。
The temperature field of the piston in YZ4105QF diesel engine is experimentally measured by using the hardness plug method. And the software Pro/E is used to set up a geometry model of the piston. The temperature field of the piston model is calculated by FEA software Hypermesh and ANSYS. The results provide supports for the further optimizing of the piston.
