摘要
通过对齿轮加工机床挂轮系统的配置条件、方法、原则的分析,利用C语言进行编程,开发出一种功能多样化、多种机床通用、相关参数能够调整的计算软件,可缩短挂轮选配的辅助时间,实现优化选取挂轮数据的自动化。
Through the analysis of the configure condition, method and principle for change gear system of the gear cutting machine, a muhifunctional computing software was developed by language C. The software was designed to be current for various gear cutting machine, and the related parameters could be adjusted. Thus, the assistant time could be reduced and the automation of optimization selection of the change gear parameters will be achieved.
