Adjusting Calculation of Gear Cutter of Curve-tooth Bevel Gear's Parameter

针对弧齿锥齿轮传动的综合问题,阐述了弧齿锥齿轮切齿参数在刀具成形半径受限、展成链传动比受限、刀具成形半径和展成链传动比同时受限三种条件下机床调整的计算方法,从而为满足弧齿锥齿轮传动啮合质量,即局部接触斑点尺寸范围、旋转传动相对均匀性,提供了切实可行的思路,并用典型计算实例,演示了弧齿锥齿轮磨齿机床参数调整的步骤、方法。

Aim at the comprehensive problems of the curve-tooth bevel gear＇ s transmitting process, this paper elaborates the calculation methods of the parameter to adjust the tool machine under three kinds of restricted conditions ： （a） cutting tool＇ s shaping radius being restricted ; （b） generating chain＇ s transmission ratio being restricted ; （c） both cutting tool＇ s shaping radius and generating chain＇ s transmission ratio being restricted. It provides viable way of thinking to satisfy the mesh quality in the curve-tooth bevel gear＇ s transmitting process, namely the part tooth contact pattern size scope and the revolving transmission＇ s relative uniformity. Moreover it explains the parameter＇ s adjusting steps and methods by the typical example of curve-tooth bevel gear grinding machine.
