生态视角下的中小企业集聚成长模式探讨

The Growth Modes of Clustered SMEs from the Viewpoint of Ecology

根据企业集聚对企业成长的影响,分析了集群内中小企业发展不同于集群外企业的特点。从生态学的视角探讨了中小企业集群内企业之间的相互关系,提出中小企业集聚成长的4种模式:寄生成长、偏利共生成长、互惠共生成长和竞争共生成长。最后以内蒙乳品企业为例,分析了集群内企业的竞争共生成长。

This paper analyzes the ecology characteristic of the development of the SMEs cluster. According to the influence on the enterprise growth while enterprise gathers together, the paper analyzs the characteristics of the clustered SMEs development which differs from other enterprises. Then the paper study the correlation between clustered enterprises from the viewpoint of the ecology, and put forward four kinds of growth modes of the clustered SMEs： autoeciousness growth, deflection profit intergrowth, mutualism growth, competition intergrowth. Finally, The paper gives out an example to explain competition intergrowth of the clustered SMEs.
