虚拟企业的虚拟度评价指标体系研究

Study on Virtual-degree Measurement Target Systems

虚拟企业是21世纪企业联盟的主要形式。虚拟企业目标的实现,不仅需要各合作企业贡献自己的核心能力,更需要企业之间合作协调。基于此,提出用虚拟度来度量企业之间合作关系开展的程度,建立了一套包括企业核心能力、生产柔性、虚拟环境优度、企业间信任关系在内的4个一级指标的评价指标体系,并利用模糊综合评价法进行了计算。

Virtual enterprise is the main form of enterprise alliance in the 21th century. The achievement of VE＇s object doesn＇t only need each partner to offer its kernel capacity, but also needs to cooperate with each other closely. This paper puts forward a method which uses Virtual-degree to measure the cooperative relationship, and we preliminary establish a set of measurement target systems that bases on four indicators： enterprise＇s kernel capacity, manufacture flexibility, condition Virtual-degree and the degree of trust among partners. Finally, a fuzzy comprehensive method is given to calculate the Virtual-degree.
