基于进入权理论的员工创业选择

摘要 从进入权的角度分析了员工创业决策的内在机理;从进入权激励专用性投资缺陷的角度研究了员工的创业选择。企业所有者可以通过所有权的合理配置及其它措施来减少员工的创业选择。
