摘要
对马拉松训练,必须赋予"整体设置"的眼光。"整体设置"眼光的焦点,在于能量输出功率水平。马拉松水平的表达,在时间过程中,应该以"体力波"(完整的训练阶段)作为基本环节。早先的马拉松进步,是"间断式"的;如果由"间断式"转变为"滚动式",将实现马拉松训练发展史上的一个跨越。
The marathon training should be conducted in the view of "overall setup". The core of the overall setup is the level of power export, which can be reflected in the basic form of the wave of physical strength (the whole training stagel. The former development in marathon training is discontinuous. It will be a great progress in the history of marathon training if the discontinuous training can develop in a rolling course.
