同种异体鼻中隔软骨移植鼓室成形术

Tympanoplasty with Allogenic Homograft of Septal Cartilage

本文报道了利用同种异体鼻中隔软骨,重建中耳解剖和听骨链73耳。软骨取自施鼻中隔粘骨膜下切除术健康的青壮年患者。手术有7个类型,并作了重点介绍,有效率82.1%。讨论了同种异体软骨移植在鼓室成形术中的应用价值。

The allogenic homograft of the septal cartilage was used for tympanoplasty of 73 ears, which consisted of 39 ears with otitis media residua, 11 ears with atticitis, 13 post-radical mastoidectomy ears,and 10 ears with conduction deafness. The ossicular chain and some other parts of the middle cars were reconstructed in the operation. The patients (45 males, 28 females) aged 15 to 55 years were followed for over one year and it showed that effective rate was 82.1%. Seven types of the operation are presented and the value of the allogenic homograft of the septal cartilage in tympanoplasty is discussed. The septal cartilage used in the operation had been obtained through submucous-periosteum septomy in young and healthy persons with deflection of nasal septum.
