醒鼻凝胶剂的制备及丹皮酚的含量测定

目的制备醒鼻凝胶剂并探讨其质量控制。方法采用HPLC法对其主药徐长卿中丹皮酚进行含量测定。结果制成的醒鼻凝胶剂质地均匀细腻,稠度适中,涂展性好;丹皮酚的含量测定符合要求。结论醒鼻凝胶剂制剂的制备方法简单,使用方便,重现性好,制剂质量可控。

Objective To study the preparation and quality control of Xingbi nasal gel. Methods The content of paeonal in the principal drug of the prescription, Cyrtanchurn paniculaturn, was determined by HPLC, Results The preparation was homogeneous with proper thickness and good fluidity, and the content of paeonal in preparation was in accord with the demand. Conclusion The preparation of Xingbi nasel gel was simple and it was convenient to use, and the determination of paeonal was simple and reproducible. The quality of preparation could be controlled.
