动态心电图关于起搏器所致心律失常的诊断价值

Value of Holter in diagnosis of arrhythmia induced by cardiac pacemakers

目的 探讨动态心电图对永久性人工心脏起搏器所致心律失常的诊断价值。方法选择植入永久性人工心脏起搏器的患者86例，分别采用常规心电图和动态心电图两种方法进行检查。结果 86例患者在常规心电图、动态心电图检查中分别检出3例、24例起搏器所致的心律失常，检出率分别为3．4％、27．9％。结论 动态心电图对起搏器所致心律失常的诊断价值远高于常规心电图，是检测起搏器所致心律失常的最好方法。

Objective To investigate the value of Holter in analysis of arrhythmia induced by permanence artificial cardiac pacemakers. Methods Eighty - six patients with implanted pacemakers were examined by electrocardiogram（ECG） and Hoher respectively. Results Of eighty -six patients,three cases（3.4% ） were found by ECG with arrhythmia, as well as twenty -four cases （27.9%） by Hoher. Conclusion Hoher signif- icantly increase rate of detection of arrhythmia induced by artificial cardiac pacemakers. So Hoher is considered the best method to detect the arrhythmia induced by cardiac pacemakers.
