摘要
利用半透膜将CaCl2溶液和Na2CO3溶液分开,制备了球霰石型和方解石型CaCO3,分别利用傅立叶变换红外吸收光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段进行了表征.结果表明:CaCl2溶液在半透膜内,Na2CO3溶液在烧杯中得到的晶体以亚稳态的球霰石为主,随着浓度的变化形貌有球形、椭球状、花簇状和不规则形态.Na2CO3溶液在半透膜内,CaCl2溶液在烧杯中得到的晶体主要是方解石,随着浓度的变化形貌有六面体、片层状六面体和不规则状聚集体.研究了半透膜作用下碳酸钙的多晶型和形貌,对于仿生制备碳酸钙具有一定的参考价值.
CaCl2 and Na2CO3 solutions are separated by the use of semi-permeable membrane, vaterite and calcite are prepared. The samples are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscopy(SEM). The :results show that vaterite is mainly prepared, a metastable crystal form of CaCO3 crystals, when CaCl2 solution is in the semi-permeable membrane and Na2CO3 solution in the beaker. With the changing of the concentration, spherical, sphe- roid-like, flower clusters and irregular patterns of morphology exist. When Na2CO3 solution is in the semi- permeable membrane and CaCl2 solution in the beaker, with the changing of the concentratin, calcite is predominantly formed. Rhombohedra-like, layer-morphologies and bamboo-like aggregates exist. It show that under the semi-permeable membrane function, different polymorphisms and appearances of calcium carbonate are prepared. Above all, it has certain reference value regarding the biological modeling preparation of calcium carbonate.
