摘要
分析了双桶洗衣机连体桶模具在注射成型过程中存在的偏心问题,得出了影响其偏心的主要原因来自动模与定模斜楔配合面、热流道和浇口温度以及脱水侧型芯导向头。通过对这些因素的控制,使双桶洗衣机连体桶模具偏心问题得到了解决,投入批量生产后比较稳定。
The eccentric problem during the injection moulding process for the twin tub of a double-tube washing machine was analyzed. It indicates that the major influences come from the wedge titling surface between moving half and fixed half, hot runner and gate temperature, and dehydrated-type guide head. The control over the factors resolves the eccentric problems of the mould.
