摘要
分析了塑件的成型工艺,针对内嵌轴承大纵深圆筒形薄壁塑件的注射成型,设计了1副一次成型注射模具,大大缩短了注射成型时间,简化了成型工艺,提高了生产效率。
The moulding process of a plastic thin-wall deep cylindrical part with embedded bearing was analyzed and an injection mould for the forming was designed. The application of the mould shortens the injection moulding time, simplifies the process and raises the production efficiency.
