摘要
研究了钛催渗对H13钢盐浴氮碳共渗的影响,分别就盐浴处理温度和时间等工艺参数对试样表面性能影响进行了研究。试验结果表明,钛催渗剂的多少对共渗层表面硬度具有显著影响,钛催渗可显著缩短盐浴处理时间,有效提高渗层厚度和硬度,能得到质量良好的渗层。
The effect of the Ti catalysis on the salt bath nitrocarburizing of H13 steel was investigated. The influence of the processing parameters, such as salt bath temperature and time, the quantity of Ti energizer on the surface properties of the sample was studied. The results show that the quantity of Ti energizer has remarkable effect on the increase of surface hardness of nitrided layer; Ti catalysis can shorten the salt bath time obviously, increase the depth of nitrided layer and enhance the surface hardness effectively, and improve the quality of nitrided layer.
