分析电容器脉冲电压试验装置的需求,围绕有关电容器脉冲电压试验的国家标准,提出设计要求和有针对性的设计思路,以及技术方案(现已经实现),列出设计中的关注要点,并提出进一步完善的方向。

The requirements of the test device of capacitor pulse voltage are analyzed in this paper. According to the national standard for testing the device of capacitor pulse voltage, the related design scheme is made and realized. Also the key points of the design and the improvements method in the future are pointed out.
