摘要
分析压阻式压力传感器的工作原理,针对压阻式压力传感器输出电压受温度影响较大的特点,讨论了一种基于数据融合的温度误差补偿方法。实验表明,采用该方法后,压阻式压力传感器输出电压受温度影响大大减小,系统性能更加稳定,工作更加可靠。
In this paper, principle of piezoresistive pressure sensor's is analyzed briefly. Aim at the feature that piezoresistive pressure sensor's output voltage is affected greatly by temperature, one method based on the data fusion is discussed in order to make up for the temperature error. The experiments show that piezoresistive pressure sensor's output voltage is affected less greatly by temperature after adopting this method. The performance of the system becomes more stable. And the system works more reliably.
