摘要
本文报道30例分水岭脑梗塞,其临床表现复杂多样,诊断主要依靠CT证实。文中提出应积极防治心血管病及血粘度异常,预防医原性脑梗塞的发生。
The clinical and CT analysis of 30 cases of Watershed cerebral infarcts was made. The infarcts foci of all cases occured on the ferritory between basal ganglial arterioles. The characteristics depended on the position and the degree of lesion are various. The prognosis of most cases was satisfactory. We should pay attention to the prevention and the treatment of heart vascular diseases, the keep normal blood viscosity and the avoidance iatrogenic infarcts.
