摘要 纤维素是地球上最丰富的可再生资源,但它的不溶性和异质性导致了其很难被降解。一些厌氧微生物能够产纤维小体,它能高效地降解纤维类物质。本文简述了厌氧纤维素降解微生物的种类和纤维素厌氧降解方式,重点概述了纤维小体的结构与功能并对纤维小体的研究提出了展望。 Cellulose is the most abundant renewable resource on earth, and it is extremely difficult to degrade, as it is insoluble and heterogeneous. Anaerobic microorganisms meet this challenge with the aid of ceUulosomes which can degrade cellulosic biomass effectively. This paper reviews the species of ceUulolytic anaerobic microorganisms, the ways of anaerobic degradation of cellulose, and summarizes the structure and functions of ceUulosomes. And the writer brings forward a view about the research of cellulosomes.
