摘要
河南某牧业有限公司养殖废水处理示范工程设计处理能力为250 t.d-1,采用水解酸化+UASB+接触氧化+生物氧化塘+人工湿地工艺。运行以来,出水一直稳定达到或超过《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB5084-92),处理后的水全部用于附近农田灌溉,所产生的污泥用于附近农田施肥,日产生沼气600 m3,所产沼气用于发电。该工程为河南省规模化养殖业生态处理示范工程。
Combined process of hydrolytic acidification, UASB, contacting oxidation, bio-oxidation pond and artificial wetland was adopted to treat the wastewater on a pig farm in Henan province with a treating capacity of 250 t · day^-1. The effluent quality stably achieved or surpasses ＂ The Water Quality Standard for Field irrigation ＂ （ GB5084 - 92）. The effluent was completely used for nearby field irrigation. The produced sludge used as fertilizer. Dally biogas production of 600 m^3 was used for power generation. It is a demonstration project for intensive livestock farming in Henan Province .
