慢性活动性肝炎免疫功能的探讨

Investigation for Immunologic Functions of Patients with Chronic Active Hepatitis

本文检测了慢性活动性肝炎病人的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能。发现病人的IgG、IgA、IgE和免疫复合物均增高,C_3下降,IgM变化不明显。末梢血中T细胞亚群也有变化。这表明慢性活动性肝炎病人有免疫功能紊乱。

Function of Humoral and cellular immunity of 45 patients with chronic active hepatitis (CAH) was detected.The results showed that IgG, IgA, IgM, IgE, and circulating immunocomplex (CIC) in peripheral blood of patients with CAH was higher than that of control group, but C_3 was lower, IgM changed insignificantly. Meanwhile, function of cellular immunity of 40 Patients with CAH was studied. The results indicated that OKT_3 had no change, OKT_4 decreased and OKT_8 increased in comparison with normal person.
