零售企业海外扩张应注意的问题

摘要 面对海外零售企业的进入,国内零售市场的竞争将日益加剧,国内零售企业在坚守本土市场的同时,走出国门以求更宽松的生存空间是迟早的事。本文对零售企业在海外扩张中应注意的几个问题进行了探讨。
