锦州油田注水配套技术的实践与应用

摘要 锦州油田主要为砂岩油藏,地层中黏土含量高。长时间注水使黏土中的蒙脱石易发生水化膨胀,导致地层堵塞,引起地层渗透率下降,严重影响油水井的正常生产。同时由于注水管网投产年限较长,已不能满足油田高压注水的要求,常规污水水质与标准注水指标差距较大,欠注井逐年增加,油田水驱效果逐渐变差。针对这一现状,锦州油田充分利用欢三联污水深度处理站的有限水源,对潜力区块实施注水配套技术,有针对性地加强潜力区块储层敏感性研究,实施储层防膨,改善注水配伍性,实施单井增注,建设注水站集中增注。改善了注水水质,保证了注水压力,提高了水驱效果。文章介绍了锦州油田注水区块高效开发的一系列技术。 Sandstone oil reservoir with high content of clay is the main kind of reservoir in Jinzhou Oilfield.After long water injecting,montmorillonite in clay is easy to hydrate and dilate,causing stratum blockage and low permeability.It will severely affect normal production of oil and water wells.On the other hand,the water injecting pipeline network has served for a long time and could not meet the requirement of high pressure water injecting.To solve these problems,Jingzhou Oilfield took full advantage of limited water source of Huansanlian sewage deep treatment station and implemented water injecting support technique at potential zones.The research of reservoir sensitivity at potential zones was enhanced,dilatation resistance and increasing water injecting for single well were implemented,water injecting compatibility was improved,centralized increasing water injecting station was built.After these measures adopted,the water quality has been improved,water injecting pressure assured and water drive effect boosted.This paper introduces a series of high efficient techniques of water injecting developed in Jingzhou Oilfield.
