摘要
结合长庆苏里格气田第二处理厂接地装置的施工实践,论述了在砂质、岩石等高土壤电阻率地区接地装置的施工方法。通过降低接地体附近土壤的电阻率,达到降低接地电阻的目的。文章介绍了降低土壤电阻率的几种方法,综合考虑施工成本、施工速度、效益等因素,对各种方案进行了比选,确定采用XY-1B小型人工螺旋钻机打孔,在打出的孔穴中埋设圆钢接地体,再灌入降阻剂,并将经过处理的全部接地体并联的方案。对接地极和接地模块的数量进行了计算,计算结果完全满足设计要求,按照该方案施工,降低了机械使用费和人工费,节省了工期,经济效益显著。
Associated with the construction practice of grounding devices at the Second Gas Treatment Plant of Changqing Sulige Gas Field,this paper introduces the construction method of grounding devices in sandy and rocky regions with high earth electric resistivity.Several methods to reduce the earth electric resistivity are compared in aspects of construction cost,speed and benefit.The following method is chosen: a hole is drilled with a XY-1B manual twist drill,then a round steel grounding bar is inserted into the hole and a resistance-reducing agent is poured into the hole,finally all grounding bars are electrically parallel connected.This method reduces the machine operating cost and manpower cost,saves construction period and has significant economic benefit.
