摘要
油罐罐区都设防火堤或隔堤,但在储罐遭到破坏导致储液外泄或在暴雨洪水期间,防火堤或隔堤内可能积聚足以使油罐浮起的液体,使罐体被抬起,从而破坏罐体及其连接的管道,造成油品外泄、污染环境和威胁安全的严重事故。为防止这种情况的发生,文章通过对罐体浸液深度及浮力的分析计算,提出在立式油罐罐区及防火堤设计、施工及运行中应考虑抗浮措施。
According to the current design code of oil tank farm,fire dikes or isolation dikes must be set up at oil tank zone.But in the case of tank fracture or under the situation of rainstorm and flood,the liquid would collect so as to float the tanks up or even damage the tanks and connected pipes,eventually causing serious accidents such as oil spilling out,environmental contamination and security threat.Based on the analysis and calculation on the immersion depth of tank and the floating force on tank,it is stressed that the anti-floating measures should be taken into account in the design,construction and running management of vertical tank farms and fire-proof dikes.
