新型农村合作医疗付费方式现状研究

RESEARCH ON THE CURRENT SITUATION OF HEALTH-PAYMENT MODE OF NEW RURAL COOPERATIVE MEDICAL SYSTEM

我国新型农村合作医疗在开展过程中,对于费用的支付主要有两种方式,一种是按服务项目收费,一种是按病种收费,笔者采用文献综述的方法对两种支付方式的现状进行了分析,可对未来新农合管理部门选择何种支付方式起到一定的借鉴作用。

There are two main payment methods in the NCMS developments during the development process of new rural cooperative medical system in our country, one is paid by actually occurred health care services, the other is paid by DRGs, This article analyze these two methods systematically, it can provide some suggestions for the NCMS administration to decide which method should be chosen.
