RECONSTRUCTION AND OPTIMIZATION OF DRUG CIRCULATION AND ACCOUNTING PROCESS

[目的]重建医院药品流通和结算的业务流程。[方法]对原有流程进行分析,提出总体需求,建立新的药品管理模式,完成相关业务流程的优化。[结果]建立了新的药品流通和结算流程,实现了药品采购、供应和结算信息化。[结论]新流程的建立,有利于实现医院的需求,具有明显的管理效益和经济效益。

[Objective] To reconstitute the business process of drug circulation and settlement in hospital. [ Methods] Previous process were analyzed to put forward total demand to establish a new mode for drug administration, so as to fulfill the optimization of related business process. [ Results ] To establish new drag circulation and settlement process realized informationization of drug purchase, supply and settlement. [ Conclusion] The establishment of new process is beneficial to realize the demand of hospital, which could improve the management efficiency and economic benefit.
