全面质量管理观视角下的临床路径新设想

NEW IDEA OF CLINICAL PATHWAY UNDER THE VIEW OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT

本文通过对近年来临床路径和全面质量管理在国内外医院管理中应用文献的回顾和分析,针对临床路径在我国实施的现状,提出全面质量管理观视角下的临床路径新设想,以期能深化临床路径的管理模式,提高医疗质量,满足患者日益增长的卫生服务需求。

This article reviewed and analyzed the literatures about clinical pathway and the application of total quality management in the domestic and foreign hospitals management in recent years. In view of current situation of clinical way implemented in our country, the new idea of clinical pathway under the view of the total quality management were put forward to deepen the management mode of clinical pathway, so as to improve the medical quality to satisfy the growing requirement of medical service from the patients.
