摘要
[目的]探讨微量元素在大肠癌组织和癌旁组织中的含量及其变化规律。[方法]采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法和原子荧光法对35例结肠癌患者癌及癌旁组织中Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mo、Se等6种微量元素含量进行测定。[结果]结肠癌组织中Se的含量明显低于癌旁(P﹤0.05),Fe、Cu、Mo、等含量降低,Mn和Zn含量升高,但无统计学意义。[结论]大肠癌组织和癌旁组织中元素的含量有差异,说明微量元素与癌症的发生、发展有密切的关系。
[Objective] To approach the concentrations of trace elements in large intestine cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue and their diversification disciplinarian. [Methods] The Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mo and Se of large intestine cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue in 35 patients with colon carcinoma were detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (]CP-AES) and Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. [ Results] When compared with paracancerous tissue, the concentration of Se in colon carcinoma tissue was significantly lower (P 〈 0.05). The concentrations of Fe, Cu and Mo showed to be decreased in colon carcinoma than those in paracancerous tissue, while concentrations of Mn and Zn appeared to be increased, but no significantly difference was found. [Conclusion] Significant difference was found between the concentrations of trace elements in large intestine cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue, it demonstrated that the trace elements have association with process and development of the large intestine caner.
