高校自主管理研究生学位论文的版权管理模式初探

Study on the Copyright Management of Theses and Dissertations:Establishing a New Model of Copyrights Management by the University

针对我国目前学位论文开发利用的实际情况,从研究生自己管理学位论文有困难、高校有职责和义务管理学位论文、高校比任何著作权管理组织更具有管理本校学位论文著作权的优势等角度来进行分析,提出建立高校自主管理学位论文的新型管理模式。

Regarding the current status of theses and dissertations management in China, this paper puts forward that the copyrights of theses and dissertations should be managed by the Institution of degree granting, and gives three main reasons. First, graduates have difficulties to manage their theses and dissertations. Secon The last, the d, the University has the responsibility to manage the copyrights of theses and dissertations. university has more advantages than the other copyright management institutions do.
