农村部分计划生育家庭奖扶制度研究综述

A Summary of Researches on the Bonus Policy for Rural Households Practicing Family Planning Policy

对2004年以来我国有关农村部分计划生育家庭奖励扶助制度的研究文献进行分析,根据内容的相对一致性,将近年的研究归结为对奖励扶助制度产生背景的阐释,对制度本身的研究和对奖励扶助制度试点工作的研究三类,并指出:目前奖励扶助制度的研究在取得一定进展和成果的同时,还存在研究主体较单一、研究地域覆盖不全、微观研究较缺乏等不足,还需要更多不同学科背景的研究者积极参与,继续扩大研究广度、丰富研究层面并注重研究视角的多样化。

This paper summarizes the researches since 2004 on the bonus policy for rural households practicing family planning policy. According to the relative uniformity of contents, the researches are divided into three phases： analyses of the policy background, studies of the policy connotation and investigations into the effect of the experimental areas. Besides the progresses and achievements, there are still such problems in the research as monotonic themes, incomprehensive areas and deficient microcosmic research. In addition, more researchers of multi-academic background are needed, the research scope needs expanding, the quality enhancing the perspectives diversifying.
