摘要
在中碳Cr-Ni-Mo合金钢热处理制度的研究中引入了正交实验设计的方法,即采用四因素三水平的9组实验方案(L9(34))进行了实验。通过对实验结果进行计算、分析,确定了钢板的最佳热处理制度,同时确定了影响热处理效果的主要因素和次要因素。
Orthogonal design method is introduced in studying the heat treatment system for Medium carbon steel with Cr - Ni - Mo alloy, which includes nine groups of experiment program and each group has four factors and three levels. The best heat treatment system for steel plate is presented through calculating and analyzing the experiment results. The main and minor factors effecting on efficiency are also presented.
