摘要
介绍了利用RH600氢分析仪测量钢中氢含量时,不同的氢含量标样和加工方法对测定值的影响,并利用所确定的最佳测试条件研究了钢中氢含量随时间的变化趋势。结果表明,试样在加工时,使用冷却液可减少结果偏差;钢中氢含量在一定时间内随放置时间的延长而降低。
The influence of samples with different hydrogen content and a variety of process methods on the determination values of hydrogen content in steel while using RH600 hydrogen analysis instrument are introduced and the tendency of hydrogen content changing along with time under the confirmed best test condition is studied. The results show that colling liquid can reduce deviation value while processing the sample and hydrogen content in steel will decrease along with standing time in certain period.
