Objective To study the influence of sleep deprivation and society isolation on psychological function of group and explore effective psychological countermeasures. Methods Twelve male volunteers were divided into 4 (2 control and 2 intervention)groups, 3 for each group. All of them were sleep deprivation and society isolation for 72 h, Before experiment the subjects of intervention groups were trained with psychological training such as how to integrate group psychological resource. During experiment in each group, the isolation character of accepting others, depression level, general ability and results of group task were measured. Results During the initial stage of experiment, the depression levels of intervention groups were lower than those of control groups. Some kinds of abilities of intervention groups were better than control groups during the second and third day of sleep deprivation. The members of intervention groups effectively consulted with each other for assignment of group tasks and got along with each other well. Conclusion Psychological training of intervention groups ,such as psychological resource integration ,effectually enhances the personnel harmony of group and antagonizes the negative influence of sleep deprivation in certain degree.
