摘要 头低位卧床实验是地面失重生理效应研究的主要手段之一,中国航天员科研训练中心在国内首次组织了有法国航天局、香港中文大学等单位共同参与的60d头低位卧床大型综合实验。本文概述了实验项目设置、志愿者选拔与分组、实验组织与过程控制、实验基本结果等内容,并初步讨论了大型综合医学实验的工程化管理模式。 Head down bed rest experiment is one of the main means to study the physiological effects of weightlessness on ground" Earth Star-Ⅰ" 60 d head down bed rest experiment (ES-Ⅰ BREP), a large scale comprehensive experiment was firstly organized in China by China Astronaut Research and Training Center, co-operated with Centre National D' etudes Spatiales(CNES) and Chinese University of Hong Kong. This paper outlined experiment items offered, selection and group assignment of volunteers, experiment organization and process control, as well as original experiment results. The preliminary discussion of management model for the large scale compre- hensive medical research project was also carried out.
