摘要
文中以制造业产品的质量设计为研究对象,在综合考虑生产成本和质量损失的总体效应下,建立质量设计的模糊优化数学模型,基于遗传算法给出了详细的优化步骤,基于MATLAB软件编写了优化程序,通过实例进行了验证。算例计算结果表明,优化方法是可行的、有效的,同时也说明了遗传算法在产品质量设计的优化方面具有良好的应用前景。
The quality design problem included some fuzzy and indefinite factors. Considered the production cost and the quality loss overall effect, this paper utilized the fuzzy theory and method into the quality design and established the quality design fuzzy optimization mathematical model. Then we gave the concrete optimized method based on the genetic algorithm. Finally, we used one example to conform the model and transferred M ATLAB genetic algorithm optimization toolbox to calculate.
