摘要
文章是以一种3-UPS并联机床为研究对象,主要分析了在机床运动过程中安装在动平台上的电主轴与各铰链点不发生干涉的条件,并建立了相应的干涉检查判别式。在确定机床参数时,为保证机床的正常工作就必须要在结构上同时满足这些判别式的要求。干涉检查判别式的建立为机床的总体设计、铰链的设计、实际工作空间的检验以及并联机床运动仿真等提供了一定的理论依据。
This paper take one kind of 3-UPS PKM (Parallel Kinematic Machine) as the object of study, mainly analyze in the movement of the machine the electric spindle installed in the moving platform does not have the interference with various hinges in the conditions, and the corresponding interference verification discriminants are established. In determining machine parameters, in order to guarantee the normal operation of the machine the requirements of these discriminants must be meet simultaneously in the structure. The interference verification discriminant' s establishment for the machine' s overall design, the hinge' s design, the practical workspace' s examination as well as the PKM movement simulation and so on provides a theoretical basis.
