摘要
为解决轧辊磨削这一装备制造业中的难题,开发了一种以PC机为基础,以PMAC(Programmable Multi-Axis Controller)运动控制卡为核心的开放式轧辊磨床数控系统。实践表明,这种开放式系统可以缩短轧辊磨床的开发周期,保证了机床加工精度高度的稳定性。数控系统软件设计时的模块化结构使系统的通用性和可移植性大大增强,也有利于系统日后的功能扩展。
To solve the problem of roller grinding in manufacturing industry, an open NC system for roll grinder based on PC and PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis Controller) is put forward. It has been proved that this open system can shorten development cycle of roll grinder and ensure the high degree of stability of machining precision in practice. The modularization structure of NC software enables system interoperability and portability greatly enhanced,and is in favor of the extension of system function in the future.
